By accessing Carezo website, purchasing protection plans, or using Carezo services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised not to use Carezo services.

Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Carezo protection plans. Customers must provide accurate information including device details, contact information, and billing details during purchase and policy registration.

Carezo reserves the right to cancel or void any policy in case of fraud, incorrect information, violation of terms, or if payment is not received from the purchase channel within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate information and comply with policy guidelines. Customers must:

  • Provide valid purchase invoice
  • Register device correctly
  • Report damages within defined timelines
  • Avoid unauthorized repairs before claim approval
  • Cooperate during verification and inspection

Failure to comply may result in claim rejection or policy cancellation.

Pricing and Payments

All pricing for protection plans is displayed on Carezo website or partner platforms. Payments must be completed through authorized payment gateways. Carezo reserves the right to update pricing without prior notice.

Payment confirmation is required for policy activation.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of protection plans within eligible cancellation period subject to Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on policy activation and claim usage.

Carezo reserves the right to cancel policies in case of fraud, incorrect information, or violation of Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Carezo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, business interruption, or device downtime. Carezo liability is limited to policy value purchased by the customer.

Third-Party Services

Carezo may engage third-party service providers, repair centers, and logistics partners. Carezo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers beyond reasonable control.

Fraud Prevention

Carezo reserves the right to verify claims, inspect devices, and reject claims involving fraudulent activities. Legal action may be taken in cases involving misuse or fraud.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of company registered office location.

Policy Updates

Carezo reserves the right to update Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on website. Continued use of Carezo services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Carezo provides digital extended warranty and protection services only. No physical products are shipped to customers unless specifically mentioned.

After successful payment and verification, customers will receive:

Delivery Timeline:

  • Instant to 24 Hours (Normal Cases)
  • Up to 48 Hours (Verification Required Cases)

Carezo does not charge any shipping or delivery fees for digital services.

In rare cases where physical documents are required, delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location and logistics availability.
