  • Repair / Replacement — 5 to 10 Business Days
  • Theft Claims — Subject to police verification timeline

Timelines may vary based on spare availability, service location, and logistics conditions.

Claim Rejection Conditions

Carezo reserves the right to reject claims under the following circumstances:

  • Policy expired at time of claim
  • Device not covered under protection plan
  • Intentional or fraudulent damage
  • Incomplete documentation
  • Unauthorized repair before claim approval

Fraud Prevention
